Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of AI Form Generator and its related services.

Using the service
AI Form Generator provides tools for creating and publishing forms, collecting submissions, managing records, tasks and workflows, and generating related content. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to create an account. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.
Accounts and workspace responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Workspace owners and administrators control access granted to team members. You are responsible for the forms you publish, the information you request, and ensuring you have a lawful basis and any required notices or permissions for information you collect.
Your content and submissions
You retain your rights in content you submit to the service. You authorize AI Form Generator and its service providers to host, process, transmit, and display that content as necessary to provide, secure, support, and maintain the service. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your content.
AI-generated content
AI features can help draft forms, fields, workflow rules, and related material. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and is not legal, medical, tax, safety, or other professional advice. Review generated material before publishing or relying on it, especially where laws, safety requirements, employment practices, waivers, or regulated information are involved.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law or another person’s rights; collect information you are not authorized to collect; distribute malware or harmful content; attempt unauthorized access; disrupt or overload the service; evade plan limits or security controls; or use the service for fraud, abuse, or unlawful surveillance.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Free and paid plans may have different features and usage limits. Paid subscriptions are billed at the price and interval shown at checkout through our payment provider. You may manage or cancel a paid subscription through the billing tools made available in your account. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the billing status shown in your account; fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, replace, or discontinue features. We work to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, nonpayment, or protection of the service and its users.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. To the extent permitted by law, AI Form Generator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as the service evolves or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes may be communicated through the service or other reasonable means. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
