Information submitted through customer forms
AI Form Generator customers decide what their forms request. When you submit a form hosted through the service, the customer that published the form controls the purpose of that collection. We process the submission to provide the service to that customer. Questions about why a particular form requests information should generally be directed to the organization that published it.
How we use information
We use information to provide and operate the service; authenticate accounts; process forms, records, files, workflows, and requested AI functions; administer subscriptions; provide support; detect abuse and security threats; troubleshoot and improve reliability; understand product usage; and comply with legal obligations.
AI features
When you use an AI-powered feature, relevant prompts or content may be processed by AI service providers as necessary to generate the requested result. Do not submit sensitive information to an AI feature unless it is appropriate and authorized for your use case. AI-generated output should be reviewed before use.
Service providers
We may use service providers for infrastructure, authentication, payments, email delivery, AI functionality, security, analytics, and other operational functions. They may process information on our behalf subject to their role in providing those services. Payment card information may be collected directly by our payment provider rather than stored by AI Form Generator.
Cookies and product analytics
The service may use browser storage and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and product functionality. We also use first-party product analytics to understand actions such as landing-page engagement and signup progress. These measurements help us improve the service and are not presented as third-party advertising profiles.
Data sharing

Children
AI Form Generator is not intended for children to create accounts. Customers are responsible for determining whether their own forms may lawfully collect information from minors and for obtaining any required parental consent or other authorization.
